Filet Turkey
Turkey filet with Goat’s cheese and Peppers
Ingredients (serves 8 - 16 rolls)
- 2 Turkey filets (breast)
- 2 green or red Peppers
- 200gr Goat’s cheese, cut into small sticks
- 150ml Dairy cream
- 6-7 slices of Bacon
- 2 tbsp white Wine
- Some Butter
- 1 mashed Garlic clove
- Salt and Cayenne pepper
- Some Curry
Preparation method
Butter a heat-resistant griddle. Dust each turkey filet with salt and pepper and some curry. Clean and cut the peppers into strips. Place at the center of each fillet slices of bacon, sticks of Goat’s cheese and pepper strips. Wrap carefully into a roll.
Tie the roll and place them in a griddle, one next to the other. Pour wine and Dairy cream. Then sprinkle some garlic. Bake at 200 oC for 1 hour. Cut the rolls in 2cm thick slices and serve.
Cooking time: 60 minutes
