Through hard work and commitment to produce quality and safe products, the company has established and applies three international certifications for food safety. These are the ISO 22000:2005, IFS and BRC, which certify the production of safe and quality products.
The company also is certified and authorized by the Greek Agricultural Organization ELGO "DIMITRA" (AGROCERT) to produce Protected Designation of Origin (P.D.O.) cheeses, such as Feta, Mpatzos, Kaseri and Manouri.
Current needs and requirements for quality and organic food led the company to certify the production of organic cheese and mainly BIO FETA P.D.O, using certified organic milk from the prefecture of Pella, fed exclusively with organic feed, without the use of antibiotics.
