Kefalotyri cheese has a salty, spicy and very pleasing taste. Its aroma is rich and can be served straight or with fruits. You can use it to spice up your pies, or you can also cook it with meat or chicken. Use it grated in pasta dishes or make delicious, connoisseur saganaki (fried Kefalotyri). You can also serve it with wine.
